Baby goes Retro respects and protects your privacy. Your personal details will under no circumstances be disclosed, exchanged or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Credit card details will be used to process orders only and will not be kept on file.
At Baby goes Retro we realise that although our products are of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item/s has been returned to Baby goes Retro, we will despatch the new items/s to the customer. Baby goes Retro will not charge postage to send new item/s to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item/s to us will be paid by the customer.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
At Baby goes Retro every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Baby goes Retro will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will not be included in refund.
