Ordering
We accept payment online by Visa or Mastercard. Our order form is running on an eComm Secure Server using 128 bit SSL encryption and Westpac Secure payment gateway, ensuring all of your details remain secure and confidential.
We also accept Direct Bank Deposit as a payment option. All relevant bank details will be displayed at check out. Please check with your financial institution regarding timeframes for processing payment etc. You will need to deposit the payment within 5 working days from day of purchase or your order may be cancelled. Baby goes Retro will dispatch your order when payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you advising of when your purchases have been despatched.
To place an order over the phone please call 0448 123 230 between the hours of 9am - 4pm Mon - Fri. We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Direct Bank Deposit as payment methods.
All pricing on Baby goes Retro is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. If you are a customer from a country other than Australia, the GST amount will be deducted at check out. Baby goes Retro reserves the right to change prices at our discretion.
For your convenience we are offering free gift wrapping with all Australian orders. To utilise this offer please click on the appropriate button at the check out.
Lay - by
A lay-by service is now available for our customers. Payment is with Direct Bank Deposit via internet banking or manually at a local branch. We require a 10% deposit, paid within 5 working days to secure your items and from there on you can deposit an optional amount whenever it suits. Your purchase need to be finalised within 4 weeks. If full payment is not received within that time frame the order will be treated as cancelled and your additional deposits will be refunded except the original deposit of 10%. The procedure is as follows:
1. Choose Lay-by as payment method at check out.
2. When we have recorded your order we will send you an email stating the deposit amount (10%), what date your lay-by expires and our banking details.
3. Every time you make a deposit we will send you a confirmation email for your records.
4. When we have received the total amount owing we will notify you via email and post your package on the same or following business day.

Delivery
Baby Goes Retro delivers to the world using the services of Australia Post. We will ship orders on the same business day if placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next business day. Please note that between 21 June and 31 July 2010 orders will be posted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
Delivery Fee Australia wide is AUD$5.50 flat fee for regular post (no insurance and no tracking possible). General delivery time is 2 to 10 working days. Express post can be selected by the customer for a fee of AUD$7.95 Australia wide. General delivery time is 1-3 days. Express and regular post can be decided at the check out.
New Zealand & Asia
Shipping fee AUD$12.50 for regular post or AUD$15 for registered (trackable) post. The GST amount will be deducted at the check out. Delivery time 3-10 business days depending on location.
USA & Canada
Shipping fee AUD$15 for regular post or AUD$20 for registered (trackable) post. The GST amount will be deducted at the check out. Delivery time 5-10 business days depending on location.
Europe & South Africa
Shipping fee AUD$20 for regular post or AUD$25 for registered (trackable) post. The GST amount will be deducted at the check out. Delivery time 5-10 business days depending on location.
Rest of the World
Baby Goes Retro does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of items/parcels once they have left our office. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use Express Post as it can be tracked should any problem occur. At present time Baby goes Retro also offer tracking on international orders.
