Ordering

We accept credit card payment online via EWAY or via Paypal (VISA and Mastercard). AfterPay is also now available at Baby goes Retro!

We also accept Direct Bank Deposit as a payment option. Please check with your financial institution regarding timeframes for processing payment etc. You will need to deposit the payment within 3 working days from day of purchase or your order may be cancelled. Baby goes Retro will dispatch your order when payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you advising of when your purchases have been despatched. Direct bank deposit details are: Bank Westpac BSB 034-185 Account 149455

To place an order over the phone please call 0410 296 434 between the hours of 9am - 3pm Mon - Fri. We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Paypal and Direct Bank Deposit as payment methods.

All pricing on Baby goes Retro is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Baby goes Retro reserves the right to change prices at our discretion.

For your convenience we are offering free gift wrapping with all orders. To utilise this offer please click on the appropriate button at the check out.

Lay - by 

A lay-by service is now available for our customers. Payment is with Direct Bank Deposit via internet banking or manually at a local branch or with Paypal. We require a 20% deposit, paid within 3 working days to secure your items and from there on you can deposit an optional amount whenever it suits. Your purchase needs to be finalised within 4 weeks. If full payment is not received within that time frame the order will be treated as cancelled and your additional deposits will be refunded except the original deposit of 20%. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Choose Lay-by as payment method at check out.

 

  1. When we have recorded your order we will send you an email stating the minimum deposit amount (20%), what date your lay-by expires and our payment details.

 

  1. Every time you make a deposit we will send you a confirmation email for your records.

 

  1. When we have received the total amount owing we will notify you via email and post your package on the same or following business day.

Delivery

 

Baby Goes Retro delivers Australia wide using the services of Australia Post and Fastway couriers. We will ship orders within 24 hours of placing it Mon - Fri. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

 

Delivery Fee Australia wide is AUD$6.95 flat fee for regular post, sent via Australia post or Fastway courier depending on location. General delivery time is 2 to 10 business days. Express post can be selected by the customer for a fee of AUD$8.95 Australia wide. General delivery time is 1-2 business days. Express and regular post can be decided upon at the check out.
 

 

New Zealand

Shipping fee is AUD$12.50 for regular post by air. Delivery time 3-10 business days depending on location.

Asia/Pacific

Shipping fee is AUD$15.50 for regular post by air. Delivery time 3-10 business days depending on location.

 

USA & Canada

Shipping fee is AUD$17.50 for regular post by air. Delivery time 5-10 business days depending on location.

 

Europe & South Africa

Shipping fee is AUD$21.50 for regular post by air. Delivery time 7-14 business days depending on location.
