Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging. This helps us process your return quickly and ensures the item is ready for its next adventure. -
Send It Back
Send the item back to us. Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll process your exchange. Return shipping costs: If you are returning an item due to a fault or because we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns or wrong size ordered, you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
