1. Name & Address Formatting (이름 및 주소 표기)

• Use English characters only.
  (모든 이름, 주소, 도시, 우편번호 등은 영문으로만 입력해 주세요.)

• Example format:
  Mr. Gildong Hong

  South Korea

2. Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호, PCC)

• What is it?
  A 13-character identification number starting with “P,” issued by Korean Customs. It replaces your resident ID number during import clearance.

• Where to get it:
  Apply instantly through the Korean Customs Service website or the “Mobile Customs Service” app. Both Korean nationals and foreign residents can obtain a PCC.

• How to use it:
  Please include your PCC when placing your order.
  Example: PCC: P123456789012

• Why it matters:
  Without this number, your package may be delayed or returned by Korean Customs.

3. Contact Number (연락처)

• Please provide a Korean mobile phone number if possible.

• If you do not have one, you may use a local family member’s or friend’s number.

4. Order Processing & Shipping Time (주문 처리 및 배송 시간)

• All international orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment is completed.

• Delivery to South Korea usually takes 5–7 business days (including customs clearance).

• Customs delays, local courier issues, holidays, or weather may extend delivery times.

5. Customs Duties & VAT (관세 및 부가세)

• Additional customs duties or VAT may be charged upon arrival in South Korea for purchases over a certain amount.
