How do I choose the right size?
Measure your child's height, then open the size guide on this page. Every brand we stock sizes to height in centimetres, and the guide shows the equivalent AU size. Height beats age, because a tall three-year-old and a small three-year-old wear different numbers.
They're between two sizes. Which one?
Size up. European kidswear is cut with room to grow, and a slightly long sleeve gets worn for two seasons instead of one. If your child sits at the bottom of a band, the smaller size fits better now.
Do European sizes match Australian sizes?
Not reliably. A European 98 is not an Australian size 2. The centimetre measurement is the number to trust, so the size guide on this page shows centimetres, inches and an approximate AU size side by side.
Is this organic cotton?
Depends on the brand. Frugi and DUNS Sweden use GOTS-certified organic cotton. Danefæ and Blade & Rose use conventional cotton and other fibres. The fabric for this piece is in the product details above.
How should I wash it?
Cold wash with similar colours, prints turned inside out, and line dry. The care label on the garment carries the maker's own instructions if they differ.
When will it arrive?
We pack and dispatch within 1 business day. After that, metro 2 to 5 business days, regional 3 to 7, remote areas 7 to 10. Every order ships with tracking through Sendle or Australia Post, and we deliver to PO boxes.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 flat rate anywhere in Australia, free on orders over $97. We ship to more than 40 countries, with rates shown at checkout.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and pick a refund or an exchange. The item needs to be unworn with labels intact. On exchanges you cover postage back to us and we cover postage out to you, so the swap costs you one parcel.
